Thanks to a $2,100 grant through ClubGrants Category 1 & 2 via the Junee Ex-Services Memorial Club, the Junee Seniors were able to purchase a number of cabinets and tubs to increase the storage facilities within the Junee Seniors Hall.

Four 2m tall cabinets and two half height cabinets were purchased, along with a number of different sized storage containers.

So far, we have assembled and mounted three of the tall cabinets… two of which will house our recently purchased modern tableware (thanks to a seperate grant from ARTC Inland Rail) and the third cabinet is for general storage. One of the half height cabinets will be placed underneath our Presentation TV screen to store presentation related equipment, while the other will replace an older cabinet adjacent to the kitchenette and will be used for general storage.

We still need to install locks and identification tags to each of the new cabinets (and to exisiting cabinets and drawers).

Thanks to volunteers Ben and Colin for assembling the cabinets and securely mounting them to the walls. They will return soon to install the rest of the cabinets and the various locks etc.
